Saad Enterprises (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is engaged in the supply and export of steel and alloy products from India to domestic and international customers. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of goods.

1. Shipping Locations

We ship steel and alloy products:

Within India
To international destinations, including Europe, Gulf countries, and African regions

All shipments are subject to feasibility, regulatory approvals, and destination country import requirements.

2. Shipping Method & Logistics

Shipments are arranged via third-party transporters, freight forwarders, or shipping lines
Mode of transport may include road, sea, or multimodal logistics, depending on order requirements
Selection of logistics partners is at the discretion of Saad Enterprises unless otherwise agreed in writing

3. Dispatch Timeline

Dispatch timelines are indicative only and may vary based on material availability, order size, customization, and regulatory approvals
Delays caused by logistics providers, customs authorities, port congestion, or force majeure events are beyond our control

Saad Enterprises shall not be liable for delays after dispatch.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping, freight, handling, insurance, customs duties, taxes, and port charges are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Charges may vary based on destination, weight, volume, and mode of transport

5. Risk Transfer

Risk and responsibility for the goods pass to the customer upon dispatch from our warehouse or designated location
Saad Enterprises is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay during transit

Customers are advised to arrange transit insurance where required.

6. Delivery & Inspection

Customers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery
Any visible damage or shortage must be reported to the carrier and noted on the delivery documents at the time of receipt
Failure to report shall be deemed acceptance of the goods in full and final condition

7. International Shipments

For export shipments:

Customers are responsible for complying with destination country import laws and regulations
Customs clearance delays or documentation requirements may impact delivery timelines
Any additional charges arising due to customs issues shall be borne by the customer

8. Force Majeure

Saad Enterprises shall not be held liable for delays or failures in shipping caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, port congestion, government actions, or other force majeure events.

9. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting.
